    Holy shit, Kshatriya raped those poor Jegans. Can’t wait to see the full episode soon.

      I’ve been asking the same question myself… Where is the Banshee? It goes right up there with the X-2 as a “no duh” release >_>

      When Bandai first announced that they’d release 2 (or was it 3?) versions of the MG Unicorn, I totally expected to see the Banshee as one of them…not some lame-ass “OVA color” crap like what’s on the lineup this quarter. The only version even remotely worth getting is the one with the special base/stand. But that 7000+ yen price tag makes my wallet convulse in agony. You’d be better off buying a Hi-Nu or a Sinanju.

        yeah, i was excited over it but i got over it [the FA conversion]. i’m most likely just gonna do a 1/144 conversion of it and save up for the mg banshee instead but lately i’ve been really reconsidering the ova + cage also seeing as i just splurged on $175 of gunpla! soooo 0_0

    Wow that Full Armor conversion put the FAZZ to shame. ^^

    the trailer looks good, made me curious about the story.

    and I also read somewhere that 00 the movie is out on September, model kits will be out on the summer (dunno if summer in Japan or US)

    That looked amazing! I must wonder though…

    Do I want to buy the North American Blu-ray release of episode one (March 12th, only on Amazon.com it seems), or wait a really long time to watch this when they eventually group them into one or two releases? Decisions, decisions..D

      i was thinking the same. i had the chance to get the first pressing box the bluray came in but i though, knowing the excitement and cash milking potential, they’re going to release a boxset of all 6 eventually with an even awesomer cover =D

    lol.. old style character (especially those hair style) with better quality and scene.. really love the rezel and the jegan.. can’t wait to see it in action!!!

      I know what you mean by the old character style… that short-blond hair girl really remains me of four. I supposed it is consistent this way… can’t expect SEED-style characters in UC just merely 3 years after CCA.

    The amount of technical materials they managed to fit into this short clip is amazing! We finally have a clearer idea of how the funnel system work! From what we can see, it seems to be based on a system that use the MS’s sensors to map out the 3D environment around the MS in real time, and feed that information directly to the pilot’s mind using NT technology. This way, the pilot can “feel” the movements of the enemy and direct the Bits toward it, where they will track the target independently and initiate the attack only upon the pilot’s mental signal! Brilliant!

    Also, the mystery of Kshatriya’s pronunciation is also solved! KUU-shia-TEH-lia seems to be how it’s pronounced.

    Thats pure epicness right there…however, I have second thoughts about actually watching the series, as I’ve never seen any other UC series (Original, Zeta, Char’s Counterattack, etc.)
    Does this series make refrence to other UC lines? Like, if I watch it, will the plot be too complicated for a non-UC fan like myself?
    Can you continue posting these little snippits every time you stumble upon one? I have no idea when the DVD will be released in the US (if it hasn’t already)

      If you haven’t watched other UC series, then you probably won’t feel too involved with the series like others do… Such as how some of us are giggling at the fact that Suichi Ikeda (Char’s seiyuu) is voicing Full Frontal (Sinanju’s pilot). I don’t know if it’ll make any direct reference but it might help to watch previous series (namely Char’s Counterattack since it is 3 years before Unicorn) to give you a feel for the conflicts and why everyone looks like they are in a load of butthurt rage. I think I also heard Char’s name mentioned a number of times so yea…

      UC is a rich and highly developed world from a story point of view so it’s nice to look into it at least.

      It’ll be released on March 12th in the US. It’ll be a Blu-ray release. And it’ll only be available on Amazon.com.

    Crap i cant see the clip because the computer i mon right now blocks video i have no wish to see gundam Unicorn now as i just have gotten into code geass :) Im sure the series will be good (especially with bandai making a whole bunch of unicorn gundam variations)

    Hey guys, gundam unicorn is constructed by Anaheim Electronics. So it means that GP01,GP02,Gp03 and unicorn are brothers? Cause i recall that Gp01 02 and 03 are made by Anaheim Electronics.

    No. Brothers would be a poor choice of description. After the Stardust Memory events, the GP project was not only deleted from the data base, but it was covered up by the Earth Federation, so there would be nothing to link the four machines to the Unicorn. Not to mention the nearly 20 years of time between the two events.

    Anaheim is a major construction company and produces many components and MS themselves, so the connection between the GP Machines and the Unicorn is about the same as the connection between a Chimp and a Human.

    UC looks great though. I think I’ll pick up the first Blu Ray as soon as I can and start watching asap.
